Early Winter 2018 Calendar

Tuffets You've seen them, and you know you love them! We'll be offering two sections for this class, one in the daytime, and one in the evening. Cost is $150 and includes your tuffet kit (form, batting, button, feet). You provide your fabric and sewing supplies.

Daytime: Tuesdays, Jan 16 & 23, 10am-4pm (23rd is optional, if you need more time) 3 spaces left

Evening: Thursdays, Jan 4 & 11, 6-9pm 1 space left

Make Take & Celebrate!  returns in January. We'll be making fabric "Vases and Vessels" with an Indygo Junction pattern, using Fabriflare. Choose a daytime (10-12) or evening (7-9) session on Wednesday, January 31. $40 includes pattern and fabriflare, you'll need to bring a sewing machine and fabric. Limited to 6.

Open Sew Tuesday evenings, beginning Jan 2, from 6-9pm, and Wednesdays, beginning Jan 3, from 10am-4pm. Bring your own project to work on while enjoying the conversation and friendship of other quilters $5

Beginning Quilting Thursdays, Jan 11, 18, 25, and Feb 2, 10am-12pm, Learn the fundamentals of quilting, while making a great lap-sized quilt called "Square Dance". $20 per session. Limited to 6.

Learning to Quilt with Cathy Ferrara. Saturdays (3rd Sat of the month) 10am-12pm continues.

Longarm Certification by appointment only. Do you want to learn to finish your own quilts? In this 4 hour classy you will learn the basics of using Trudie, our 22" Innova machine. By the end of class you will be able to load your own quilt, and finish it with an edge to edge design, using either a pantograph or free motion quilting. You can choose to come alone, or with one friend. $150 for a private class, $100 per student for semi-private.

Longarming with Rulers and Templates Saturday, Feb 24, 1pm-4pm. Learn some new ways to use the longarm for finishing your quilt. Cost is $30. Limited to 4.

Longarm Rental Once you have passed the Longarm Certification course, you'll be able to rent time with Trudie. Day, evening, and weekend hours are available, by appointment only. $25 per hour.
